Will you travel? - Yes

I am accustomed to traveling throughout the Bay Area and the greater Sacramento area on photo assignments on a weekly basis while carting along the proper lighting equipment necessary, my  SUV is my rolling studio.  I also fly domestically with my camera and lighting equipment while on assignment for the NBA.  I am very comfortable traveling to destination weddings.  We do not charge a travel fee for weddings with in the above locations.

 

Do you shoot video? - Yes! We do both “Hybrid” and dedicated video

“Hybrid Video: This is a simple 4K highlight video that is 2 1/2 to 4 minutes long. We do not guarantee we will capture the most important moments on video, because we are capturing your still pictures of said moments while simultaneously recording video. Hybrid Video Example. Dedicated Video: Is for couples who want a team of a photographer and cinematographer to cover their wedding and have both roles seperated, this ensures a complete video story. You will receive both a highlight and full length film. This package also has the ability to add a drone to your video package.

 

How many photos should we expect? - Depends on how many hours & photographers you select. 

Our couples on average reserve us for seven hours and in that amount of time you can expect between 600 to 800 images between myself and my assistant photographer.

 

Do you retouch the photos? - Yes

Every single one, one at a time.  We make sure every image captured looks it's best, we retouch for proper exposure and white balance so your entire collection of images are truly custom.  We spend approximately 15 to 20 hours retouching your images during a 7 hour wedding.  We also offer composite photo enhancement

 

Do you deliver images quickly? - Yes 

Our delivery method and image retouching workflow allows us to send your gallery approximately one month ahead of the national average, roughly 6 weeks.  Also, we create custom wedding books using state of the art software allowing for an easy and enjoyable book layout revision process.     

 

Do you visit the ceremony venue before the wedding? - Yes

We will supply you with a detailed wedding day timeline "Shot List" upon reserving Jack Arent Photography. If we haven't been to your ceremony venue before we will be sure to visit it, in some occasions we will visit the morning of the wedding as we can evaluate any venue quickly.  We ask that you complete and return the supplied timeline "Shot List" a minimum of one month before your wedding. Do you offer a contract? - Yes

We supply a wedding agreement contract so both parties understand what's expected, we carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance as well.

 

How can we hire your services?

All we need to do is set up two meetings, the first to discuss your wedding flow and discover your image style.  The second meeting is where we work together to create a tailor-made plan, which includes creating a timeline you can simply share with your other vendors.  We do more than just provide photography & video, we work with you and/or your wedding planner to help your wedding run smooth.
